Push-Back Grate

Description

The push-back grate according to the MARTINĀ© system is used for R&D tasks for the treatment of solid fuels, especially domestic waste.

It has modification options for the process parameters such as primary air preheating, internal and external recirculating gas flow, oxygen enrichment in primary and secondary air, etc.

The raw gas is cleaned in a flue gas cleaning system in accordance with the 17th BImSchV.

Research focuses on minimizing emission values (especially NOx), improving grate ash properties, improving control and determining process engineering parameters for unknown solid fuels.
