Fischer-Tropsch Test Facility

The Fischer-Tropsch pilot plant was developed to investigate and optimize process engineering operating parameters. In addition, catalysts can be examined and compared with each other with regard to reaction parameters such as conversion, selectivity and yield.
The system is equipped with four separate cooling circuits, allowing defined temperature profiles to be set. Extensive measurement and analysis technology enables material and energy balancing. Thanks to the flexible system control (LabView®), customer-specific requirements can also be mapped. The system can be supplied separately from gas bundles or coupled with the biomass gasifier and the ABSART synthesis gas purification system.
